The tender is a competitive way to become a supplier of goods and services for the government customers. For business companies, participation in tenders gives an opportunity to get new clients, using the quality of their own products as competitive advantages. For government-owned enterprises tenders give an opportunity to find the best company with the help of an effective anti-corruption tool.
Every year Mobitronix participates in tenders all over the world. For our company, such participation is one of the ways to become more effective by expanding the range of existing customers. In October 2019, we participated in a big tender in Eastern Europe in order to became a supplier of telecommunications equipment and its components. This tender was held in the form of a two-stage competition as the customer was interested in a supply of high-tech products. During all the tender stages, Mobitronix presented itself well, competing with multiple international suppliers of telecommunication products.
At the first stage, all participants were required to submit to the commission their vision of realizing customer's task without specifying a cost. Further, the customer discussed details of each application with the participants. At the end the commission composed a protocol, in which the results were recorded. At the second stage, the participants submitted the final application and its cost.
Participation in this European tender gave Mobitronix an understanding which areas of our activities should be improved in order to win the next time tender and sign a contract.
